Role in a Nutshell:

The vision of our Enablement team is to increase the sale efficiency and effectiveness of the sales organization to hit our revenue goals. This individual will specialize in training (sales, product amp; process), coaching, and onboarding. You will be the primary driver for achieving our revenue targets by onboarding new joiners as well as training existing team members. You will also manage and implement tools to set the team(s) up for success.


Responsibilities:

  • Deliver enablement programs designed to support onboarding and ongoing professional development
  • Communicate with stakeholders and continuously review and assess new hire progress
  • Support the Enablement team with onboarding new hires, including but not limited to, weekly meetings, coaching, and content delivery
  • Maintenance of sales portals, keeping all matters current and complete. Communicate updated or new assets via email and/or Slack channels
  • Track and reporting of key metrics related to the onboarding process, such as pipeline, segment quota attainment, etc.
  • Measure impact of onboarding against enablement KPIs
  • Create and prepare routine enablement materials, presentations, and other communications and correspondence, ensuring materials are prepared timely, accurately, and professionally.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of sales onboarding content

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of experience driving effective enablement strategies, with at least 1 year of experience in sales, in a fast-paced environment leveraging technology and contemporary learning techniques
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align enablement objectives with the overall business strategy of the organization
  • The ability to deliver engaging content and the ability to interact and collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Experience with virtual learning environments and learning management systems is preferred
