Should have reasonably good experience of -
1. Having extensively worked on international ticketing and routing.
2. Negotiating and securing best rates for hotel rooms, both domestic and abroad, larger exposure on later.
3. Finding suitable hotels in Europe, UK, US, both for rooms and conference, for organizing company events.
4. Contracting with event management companies abroad who can assist us in managing indoor and outdoor conference, team building exercises and fun events etc.
5. Organizing visa for employees travelling on business trips.
6. Organizing relocation of employees abroad.
7. Contracting for cabs with various operators.
8. Perform BMS functions like enabling access to new joiners.
9. Assist in employee engagement activities whenever needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. 5 - 7 years relevant experience
2. Preferably should have worked with leading large scale travel aggregators like Yatra, Make My Trip or similar companies.
3. Reasonably good on computer literacy and should be fluent in office applications.
4. Extremely good communications skills.
Requirements
1. A graduate from any recognized university.
2. A diploma in travel and tourism would be desirable.
