Job Description
- The Social Media Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day management of Kido Village’s and Partners’ the Company’s corporate social media pages and Ads on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other channels.
- Facilitate problem resolution along with other questions. Consistently create an exceptional consumer experience with each contact via inbound / outbound post/tweet/email.
Requirements
- Schedule, update and manage daily/weekly posts across all our social media accounts, under the direction of the Digital Marketing Manager.
- Creating and executing Ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.
- Creating campaign reports and analysis on campaign and ad effectiveness
- Create/write content and liaise with different teams to source content for social media posts and long-form blog articles.
- Continuously monitoring /Tracking the reputation of the brand on various outlets, e.g., social media, blogs amp; social communities, consumer forums, etc.
- Manage comments, post reactions etc. by escalating and alerting appropriate colleagues.
- Commenting positively on the most influential/negative forums and comments.
- Discuss and respond and continuously follow up on Plan Strategy and Implementation.
- Manage all review content; monitor other review content and manage inappropriate content
- Track, analyse and make recommendations to account for new or revised content.
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of work experience in social media management with a B.A. in English Literature or Bachelor of Management Studies with excellent written English skills.
