Job Description

Toppr is looking for an Executive or Senior Executive in its Talent Acquisition team, with 2 5 years of experience in BPO Hiring / Sales Hiring / Online Tutor hiring. Specially for Product based companies/ Start-ups or such clients.

As a recruiter, you’ll own and deliver on the sales hiring strategy and its executive. You’ll source potential candidates on a large scale and build capabilities to help reduce the time to hire (TAT), optimize the hiring cost, and deliver the best sales talent at Toppr.

HOW YOU’LL RAMP

In First Week...

Understand Toppr’s journey, its values and mission.

Spend time with the HR, Talent Acquisition, Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to get up-to-speed on Toppr’s offering, its competition, and future outlook.

By Day 30...

Understand the different hiring channels for delivering the best talent. Implement hiring strategy to maximize results from each channel.

Go beyond hiring and be accountable for the training and confirmation of your hires.

By Day 90...

Create alternate channels of recruitment to reduce the hiring cost or Cost Per Hire (CPH).

Dig deeper and pick a project that matters to Toppr and its success. By doing so, you’ll be solving problems on a pan-India level.

Act as a mentor to new team members. Toppr is looking for a Recruiter in its Talent Acquisition team. As a recruiter, you’ll own and deliver on the hiring strategy and its executive. You’ll source potential candidates on a large scale and build capabilities to help reduce the time to hire (TAT), optimize the hiring cost, and deliver the best sales talent at Toppr.

Toppr is India’s leading edtech company with a mission to make learning personalized. Our adaptive after- school learning app for classes 5th to 12th is used by over 60 lakh students. Requirements

Graduate or MBA/PGDM.

Minimum 2+ years’ work experience in Sales Hiring (BPO outbound preferred)

Experience in Education Industry (Preferred)
