About The Role

Virtuoso is looking for a marketing campaign manager who will be responsible for acquisition channels across paid advertising, marketing campaigns, and organic channels. In this role, this person will be responsible for strategizing and executing on omnichannel marketing campaigns . This role will work closely with the global GTM team, with a focus on the sales function in order to run coordinated campaigns. Additionally, this role will be responsible for identifying, strategizing, and opening new channels, methods, and ideas to drive lead flow.

  • Maximise lead generation through the creation, execution, of the global digital marketing program, with strategies specific for advertising and demand generation, campaign management, and organic channel development.
  • Research, recommend, and help implement new channels, opportunities, and best practices to grow demand in the market.
  • Maintain and own campaign performance tracking including: leads generated, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline generated, and revenue generated by channel, by month, and by cohort and program. Additionally, track CPL, CPMQL, CPSQL, ROI, and ROAS as figures on a monthly basis.
  • Liaise with the sales and product marketing functions in order to build targeted campaigns that run in partnership across multiple channels.
  • Own the internal communication channels within the organization to coordinate campaigns and marketing programs.
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization for social and our websites.
  • Work with the content and creative teams in order to have digital marketing-specific resources for campaigns, including content, creative materials, and other collateral.
  • Manage daily campaign operations across all channels, including LinkedIn, Google, Microsoft, Capterra, and G2.
  • Stay up-to-date on the testing and software development market and trends, as well as digital marketing trends.

  • Entrepreneurial, flexible, and ready to jump on new projects and opportunities (even if loosely defined out of the initially defined job scope).
  • Experience with WebFlow preferred.
