Cure.fit offers both online and offline experiences across fitness, nutrition and mental well-being through its 4 products, i.e. Cult.fit , Eat.fit , Mind.fit amp; Care.fit with the aim to make fitness fun and easy
The core aspect of this position is to manage the content operations for Connected Fitness and to champion the content strategy to drive new user acquisition and member engagement. This individual will be the key driver for all content initiatives from conceptualization to execution for Connected content.Key Responsibilities- North Star Metric - Increase DAUs for Connected Fitness Content
- Manage content projects end-to-end (for Cultsport) through collaboration with teams across product, creative, marketing, growth amp; merchandising
- Build a short-term amp; long-term strategy for Cultsport Connected Content
- Build insights through customer ratings, reviews and then utilize them to change content direction
- Program manage weekly and fortnightly content ops review with leadership
- Conceptualize content initiatives amp; design experiments to create unique value proposition for existing and potential members
- Analyze data in decision making for content production and market rollout
- Support and collaborate with production team to enhance content output and brainstorm on new ideas
- Work closely with the Marketing amp; Growth teams to see how content led initiatives can be planned + how we can help take content to our existing + potential customers
Desired Skills- 3-5 years of experience in content production and program management
- Program management experience
- Should be hands on amp; should be able to manage teams at the same time
- Should be willing to hustle across various tasks amp; new initiatives and simultaneously should be able to build SOPs, structure around it all to prepare for scale
- Data Orientation is a must
- Strong creative/design skills with high attention to detail
- Knowledge of fitness/healthcare, relevant industry is a good to have
