You will be responsible for managing the RoundGlass global marketing website, beside our Foundation and Sports Websites. You will have a background of web technologies, a passion for UX/UI, and proven project management and execution skills.What you’ll do:
- Ensure functionality and superior consumer experience on the web assets of Round.Glass / RoundGlass Foundation and our Sports website
- Create strategies to grow subscriber base, newsletter sign-ups, drive donations and positively influence all web traffic metrics
- Make adjustments to the designs, or overhaul the UX/UI by working with internal / external partners
- Plan and implement SEO best practices
- Respond to and troubleshoot all issues across the Website
- Conceptualize and design new features for the Websites
- Develop content with content stakeholders and conduct content audits to eliminate redundant and /or duplicate information.
- Ensure full compliance on the digital assets with all laws and regulations.
- Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and conduct competitor benchmarking
Who we’re looking for:
- A degree in computer science, IT, systems engineering, or related qualification.
- 6-8 years of work experience as a Website Manager in leading organisations
- Expert knowledge of WordPress, Google Analytics and other CMS tools
- Proficient in HTML, XHTML, CSS design, cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility testing etc
- Great understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and PPC marketing
- Ability to troubleshoot website issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills
- Fantastic Project management and Execution skills with the ability to multi-task and take owenrship
