(UG - Any Graduate, B.B.A - Management, B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization) AND (PG - MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization, Information Technology, Marketing)
The person should have 4+ years experience in the field of sales & marketing of IT products and concept selling.
Must have excellent academic and professional track record and have attained high-level industry or social recognitions.
Must have independently managed the sales operations for large corporations
Superior logic and reasoning skills to
Ability to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the solutions
Approach to the problems and identifying suitable solutions or suggest alternatives as appropriate
Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one
Negotiation- Bringing others together and trying to reconcile differences
Experience in channel distribution and value chain system such as -Franchising | Distribution |Reselling and |Retailing is desirable
Experience in principals and methods for showing, promoting and selling product and services
Identifying unique strength areas of product & services
Developing marketing & Sales strategies and tactics
Meeting Quality Standards for the services
