We are currently seeking a new Affiliate Partnerships Manager to become an integral part of our E-Commerce team in Gurgaon, India. The role is also available to candidates partly in a Remote capacity, working from India.What you will work on:

• As an Affiliate Marketing Manager you will have the opportunity to fuel the growth of one of the most ambitious product domains at ApplyBoard. Your job will be to dramatically increase the sales of products on the e-commerce store by engaging with and selling through affiliate partners.
• Help to build strategies and set goals for the growth of the affiliate sales channel from the ground up
• Research, review and recruit prospective affiliate partners across international markets for an array of products that help students on their study-abroad journey
• Quickly and ambitiously build a large network of high performing affiliates to exceed monthly sales targets
• Work with ApplyBoard’s legal team to refine and iterate on agreements, and work with affiliate partners to negotiate contract terms
• Work closely with affiliates and influencers to optimize keyword success, SEO content, identification of audience niches, analysis of performance
• You should have the flexibility to manage various segments across several audience geographies
• Provide clear recommendations based on analysis, and work with growth marketing, other channel managers, and internal content teams to contribute to the product’s growth strategy
• Identify opportunities for new and innovative ways on how to improve affiliate partner processes through the exploration of new software tools and internal process optimization
• Manage affiliate management platforms, content management systems, data analysis tools
• Collaborate with designers and 3rd party agencies to provide affiliates with highly effective digital assets
