This is an exciting role for someone who wants to be part of a high growth organization. The Sr. Associate Director - Product Marketing will drive new customer acquisitions/retention and will be responsible for building and leading growth-marketing programs, key initiatives and projects at scale and high quality. He/She will lead, build and execute business roadmap and sustainable capabilities like Referral, LTV optimization (Lifetime Value), Landing page optimizations and SEO to scale the business to 10X over next 24 months.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead growth-marketing programs across the enrolment cycle to improve customer acquisition and retention.
  • Build roadmap for next 24-36 months on growth hacking initiatives (growth/product marketing). What are capabilities that we should invest into scale business 5X in 2years at a 50% lower cac.
  • Build and lead a team to deliver key initiatives and projects at scale and high quality.
  • Build sustainable capabilities like Referral, LTV optimisation, Landing page optimisations, and more, which can change the contours of our business, bring down Cost of acquisition substantially, and make business bottom-line impactful.
  • Drive global product launches and announcements through the development and execution of insights and data driven product-marketing plans.
  • Spearhead highly visible programs and directly interact with senior leaders and executives to influence priority company initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with both technical and creative colleagues across the organization, including product managers, engineers, experience designers, content strategists, researchers, creatives, legal, operations, policy, and PR.
  • Lead all the tech and product tasks and projects from the marketing team. Prioritise them based on a framework and own the impact here.
  • Build an organic enrolment channel; this will be the single biggest impact area that can change our business bottom line.
  • Handle growth-marketing team for the products (Short Certificate Coursers and Boot Camp Courses) of Emeritus.
  • As part of Organic traffic, Build SEO strategy for organisation, build a team for execution and scale this to 10X over next 24 months.
Preferred Experiences and Qualifications:
  • 12+ years of relevant work experience in product and growth marketing roles at high growth or technology companies.
  • Successful history growing new audiences, with proven track record in both acquisition and retention strategies, consumer insights and data.
  • Deep subject matter expertise of product lifecycle marketing and ability to build programs from the ground up.
  • Best-in-class communication skills with a proven ability to work directly with technical teams, and lead cross-functional teams more broadly.
  • An understanding and passion for recognizing emerging trends, creative excellence, and new technologies.
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities, and balance short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives.
  • Experience in leading a high impact team of senior leaders, product and growth marketers.
