Team Overview: Dun amp; Bradstreet is looking for a Senior QA Tester to join our Distribution Technology team. You will be part of a group responsible for the design, creation and execution of tests to identify issues with software before production deployments, for identifying and analyzing any bugs and errors found during the test phase and documenting them for review after. Other tasks include developing and running new tests, reporting on the results and collaborating with Software Engineers to fix program issues. The Role: As a Senior QA Tester in the Distribution Technology team you will join a team of brilliant, friendly and energetic solutions architects, developers, QA engineers and Project Managers who strive to deliver best in class custom solutions to our customers. This is a hands-on test automation and tooling role that requires excellent technical, testing, organizational and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with developers, architects, testers to develop and deploy test automation tool set in EMR/AWS Analyze requirements and design framework to cater to BIG Data requirements developed / deployed in Hadoop, HDFS, HBASE Develop and execute modular / E2E automated test suite amp; solutions using new / existing automation tools / frameworks. Previous working experience with Commercial Business Data is a plus Be able to work with stakeholders in analyze, prioritize requirements, create roadmaps Provide detailed, statistic-based status reports on progress Demonstrate strong knowledge of Linux and Microsoft Windows Demonstrate experience in implementing BDD/TDD testing practices. Experience with Agile methodology and the ability to recognize opportunities for enhancement and continuous improvement. Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of technologists and business team members including offshore team members. Ability to coordinate and work with globally distributed teams. Key Requirements: BachelorÕs degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar work experience Minimum 5 years of experience in software quality assurance or development. Minimum 5 years of technical project experience, testing through a full system development life cycle. Minimum 5 years of experience with business user acceptance testing. Minimum 5 years of experience using test management software, JIRA knowledge preferred. Minimum 3+ years of experience with automation testing (Data driven / Custom In-house frameworks). Analyzing needs, creating / maintaining frameworks and test suites to meet testing demands in a high paced environment. Minimum 2-3 yearsÕ experience with all the following: Java, Python, Unix Shell Scripting, Jenkins CI/CD pipeline scripting, Groovy scripting, Eclipse, Postman. Expertise in setting up CI/CD, build deployments with Jenkins Knowledge of SQL and other data retrieval methods. Good to have 2+ Years of experience with SPARK, SCALA, Python A good understanding of on AWS Services, Tools and best practices would be a plus. Project coordination / Team management experience a plus. Experience analyzing project requirements and ability to create test strategy, test plan and test cases. Ability to lead all test related meetings with all levels of staff. Ability to work independently or as a team player, while using discretion in decision making and sound judgment in problem solving. Ability to manage multiple projects / tasks simultaneously. Must be able to troubleshoot and clearly document issues.
