Job Description

Product Marketing Operations Associate will be an integral part of the Marketing Team. Reporting to the B2B Marketing lead, you would play a key role in building an effective brand image to realize the vision of impacting a billion people by 2025 through Company’s various products, initiatives, and experiences.As a product marketing associate, you will work on the B2B marketing strategy, bringing your own style, expertise, and ideas to the role to deliver the B2B objectives. You will be able to see campaigns right through from planning to execution and measurement, across all marketing channels.What you’ll do:
  • B2B Marketing Initiatives - Work closely with B2B marketing team and sales towards planning, development, and execution of all B2B marketing initiatives
  • Workplace Wellbeing Community for Leaders Execute strategy to create a community for a leaders and market the it (including B2B Survey) using content, social media and LinkedIn Ads
  • B2B Marketing Campaigns - Create impactful campaigns across multiple channels to successfully engage key accounts and generate pipeline/opportunities to meet aggressive sales goals
  • Demand Gen - Assist B2B marketing amp; sales to ensure demand generation campaigns are synchronized with business priorities, objectives, and goals
  • Advocacy - Work on the B2B marketing strategy through white-papers, articles, industry events and conversations that leverages engaging thought leadership
  • Sales Collateral amp; Assets - Support Sales and help design product demonstrations for customers / clients, decks, leave-behinds, website, blog, social media, videos, case studies, testimonials, and white papers
  • Work on conducting market research and competitive analysis to make recommendations on segmentation and targeting strategies
  • Events - Lead the online amp; offline marketing activities aimed towards positioning RoundGlass' thought leadership in workplace wellbeing
  • Social Media Activity - Execute social media marketing strategy for B2B Reach using Workplace Collective and survey
Who we’re looking for:
  • 10 years’ experience in creating impactful consumer B2B/Enterprise campaigns across multiple channels and delivering complex projects on time and budget.
  • Familiar with CRM systems and Marketing automation tools (e.g., Hubspot, Marketo) and tracking tools to assess campaign effectiveness.
  • Good understanding of lead generation, management, lead nurturing and account-based marketing.
  • Experienced in running successful Content Marketing, Inbound Marketing, and Account Based Marketing programs.
  • Experienced in unpaid and paid marketing programs in multiple channels including white papers, email marketing, video, display, SEM and social media advertising, and affiliate marketing.
  • Experienced in consumer research and uncovering consumer insight which can be translated into actionable items for sales, product, and marketing teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable working with people across the business in a highly collaborative manner-adapting your style wherever required to gain buy-in to ideas.
  • Committed to delivering a great outcome, willing to go the extra mile where needed and able to work under pressure when needed.
  • Strong people skills and the ability to lead teams through influence.
