The OpportunityLucid is looking for a Senior Manager, Project Success to manage, develop, and mentor a team of Project Success Analysts on our Project Success team. Project Success Analysts are responsible for facilitating online research projects (surveys) while developing and growing relationships with customers and are an integral part of our organization as the primary client contact. As part of a global team, the Project Success Analyst is also responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through enabling project delivery for new clients, supporting client growth strategies, troubleshooting client concerns, and assisting in upsell opportunities. The ideal candidate would show strong leadership skills as well as empathy, passion for people management, and the ability to adapt their approach to different personalities.
The Senior Manager, Project Success will oversee a team spanning multiple customer verticals. Some verticals prefer specific past experience and knowledge. This may include market research experience, survey design experience, knowledge of the digital media ecosystem, and execution of digital media campaigns or advertising operations. The position will also be responsible for collaborating with Project Success leadership to push forward initiatives impacting the broader team, and working cross-functionally with our Sales team.Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Project Success Analysts who utilize our Marketplace technology to achieve our client’s research goals
  • Facilitate training and onboarding, promote employee retention, and conduct performance evaluations
  • Develop a robust understanding of the company, the market research and ad effectiveness industries, and how our Marketplace technology can solve our client’s challenges
  • Gain a deep knowledge of all aspects of Lucid’s proprietary software
  • Support Project Success Analysts to gain a working understanding of clients’ businesses and goals to identify and execute opportunities for existing and new clients
  • Develop strong working relationships with external client personnel, anticipating client needs and ensuring high levels of customer service while adhering to client budget
  • Work closely with Project Success Analysts to understand project needs, recommend optimal solutions, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to successfully deliver projects on time and in budget
  • Suggest, standardize and scale policies, procedures, and best practices that improve team operations
  • Compile and extract data from various sources (Lucid’s proprietary software, Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, Salesforce, Qualtrics, etc.) to present data to internal and external clients
  • Collaborate with Project Success leadership and other Lucid teams such as Sales, Product, and Finance to ensure seamless project execution
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of customer-facing experience with proven ability to manage complex projects under tight deadlines
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing a team, with a demonstrated ability to meet revenue goals
  • Proven ability to creatively problem solve and push forward high-impact strategies to meet both Lucid’s and our client's objectives
  • An ability to quickly understand customers’ needs and suggest timely solutions
  • Experience working with remote or global teams
  • High proficiency in Excel with strong analytical and mathematical capabilities
  • Effective time management skills amp; ability to juggle multiple high touch clients and projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership
  • Excellent organizational skills
