• Lead the HR Team to evaluate and make recommendations on the implementation of business process improvements and to identify efficiencies attainable through business process refinement.
• Perform periodic audits of HR Systems to ensure system credibility and data integrity across the sites.
• Ensure company compliance with state and central labour laws and those of ESI, PF and other statutory and government bodies
• Drive employee engagement programs and have a good sense of employee disengagement factors
• Maintain candidate and employee files, records, and job descriptions, with specific focus on labour law and compliances.
• Create/update HR process documentation for the HR workflows company wide.
• Responsible for payroll management which includes employees record maintenance, salary preparation, disbursement, records of unpaid wages etc.
• The person shall have to overlook the functioning of Bangalore and Chennai office. However, the base location of the candidate shall be Chennai.
• Execution of joining formalities, induction and orientation of new joiners.
• Recommend ideas and strategies related to Talent development ,implementing any new processes and fine tuning standard processes.
• Team handling and mentoring team members
• Strong stakeholder management skills

Requirements

• Total Experience: 12-16 years (candidates with experience in IT Industry Preferred)
• Partner with technology teams and closing HR approaches with an ability to manage Stakeholders through a deep understanding of Technologies/Domain

• Team Management experience is must and should have at least handled a small team of 1-3 people
