• Bookkeeping and Accounting: Timely and correct processing and/or validating of financial transactions into the Accounting System for Group Companies (India amp; US based Entities).
• Preparation of Budgets amp; Variance Analysis, Monthly MIS reports amp; Financial statements.
• Sound knowledge of Transfer pricing provisions.
• Sound Knowledge of India GAAPs amp; International Financials Reporting Standards.
• Fixed Asset Register maintenance, Depreciation calculation based on Company’s Act provisions amp; Income Tax Act Provision.
• Expert in Preparation and verification of returns of TDS/GST/Income Tax/Annual returns with Tax Authorities in convergence with- I.Tax Act, Companies Act, GST Act.
• Business Partnering- Follow up with the Project Managers for financial requirements.
• Monthly closure of books of accounts amp; preparation of monthly reports ahead of the deadlines.
• AR Follow Up, Application of Cash receipts, Treasury Management.
• Monthly and Annual Tax amp; Statutory compliances. Responsible for deducting and depositing the statutory dues amp; Filing returns with appropriate authorities: GST amp; Withholding tax.

Requirements

• Years of Experience : 6 -11 years.
• Focused on the Output, Ability to work in target-oriented environment and under pressure, open to work for extended hours amp; Weekends if required, to meet the deadlines.
• Passionate for work, working with the Delivery based approach Ensuring Efficiency amp; Effectiveness.
• Excellent ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written communications). Time management, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
