• The desired candidate will be working very closely with the HR head in implementing relevant HR strategies supporting business growth and people model, managing end to end employee lifecycle, supporting day to day operations as well as proactively engaging in process improvements.
• Plan and execute Employee Engagement activities and ensure coverage as per norms across teams. Research and analyse employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention.
• Understanding and implementation of HR Policies.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and reduce risks related to daily management of employees. Ensure site HR processes and practices are compliant with local labour and other laws. Liaise with external counsel as required. Stay up to date on labour law changes and recommend and implement process and practice changes to be legally compliant.
• Develop and oversee new hire orientation, on-boarding and off-boarding process. Shall also be responsible for leaves and attendance management.
• Administration of employee benefits.
• Measurement, validation, and testing of the effectiveness of metrics applied to the business to assess and drive productivity optimization.
• Independently handle admin activities like maintenance of stock, housekeeping services and security etc,

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Psychology, or relevant field, or an equivalent combination of work, training, and experience.
• 8+ years of experience in HR or related field. IT industry experience preferred.
• Ability to handle ambiguity, multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Have problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
• Good Communication Skills
• Strong technical skills; Experience with GSuite including Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.
• Proactive approach to work schedule with the ability to prioritize workload effectively
