We are looking for a passionate associate project manager who will be responsible for directing, organizing, and monitoring project activities as per the timelines set out for each stage in the delivery schedule to meet the client goals.

If you are excited by project management, product management or publishing, this role is perfect for you. We will provide an intensive induction followed by on-the-job training. What you’ll do?

The Associate Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Manage communication with all the stakeholders involved in a project
  • Manage project timelines and ensure the timely delivery of content to the team
  • Proactively monitor the velocity of projects, adapting schedules accordingly
  • Identify, assess, and address risks that could jeopardize book schedules.
  • Maintain an even distribution of content through the operational pipeline.
  • Maintain integrity of editorial processes and good practice at each stage of the project
  • Manage and resolve conflicts between deadlines and processes, with a focus on quality
