Job Title: Product amp; Content Marketing Lead - LXP

Year of experience: 10 to 12

Location: Mumbai (Presently Work from home)

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or MBA with experience in marketing, product management or related field
  • Minimum of 10-12 years experience in Product marketing, with 5+ years at a B2B SaaS company
  • Must have SaaS marketing experience, HRTech or EdTech preferred
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Exceptional analytical skills
  • Highly organized, decisive, and a quick problem solver
  • A self-starter who is energized by people and fast-paced environments
  • Proven experience meeting (and setting realistic expectations around) the needs of internal stakeholders as they relate to product marketing materials.
  • Strong project management experience. Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines without being micromanaged. Detailed and results-oriented. Skilled at both planning and hands-on execution
  • Strong writer with good voice and tone; able to write content that is informative and persuasive.
  • Possesses an eye for good design, particularly as it pertains to marketing materials (e.g., website, branding, etc)

Key Result Areas include:

  • Acting as chief product advocate, understands the product feature set and its benefits and clearly articulates the value proposition delivered through innovative and compelling deliverables such as messaging, marketing collateral, sales materials and thought leadership content. Tells the market and coKey role for the go-to-market team. Works collaboratively with Sales, Product Management, Marketing Communications, Demand Generation, and other teams to drive growth and customer success.
  • Messaging: Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates the product in the market.
  • Content: Owns and creates content (e.g. data sheets, infographics, solution briefs, white papers, user guides, web tutorials, web content, presentations, sales documentation, product videos, website copy, blog posts, release announcements, Case Studies) to articulate the benefits of the product to the world.
  • Sales enablement: Partner with the Product Management team to communicate the value proposition of the product to the sales team. Develop the sales tools and training that support the selling process of the product. Assist sales on calls when appropriate to provide deeper dives into the product.
  • Product launch: Plan the launch of new related products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
  • Customer Intelligence: Be the expert on buyers of the product, how they buy and their buying criteria.
  • Market/Competitor Intelligence: Be the expert on competition. Follow and analyze market trends to position the product and identify new required capabilities.mpany the story of the product.
  • Speak and present both internally and externally to promote the story of our product.
