Global OTC Key User
Centrient Pharmaceuticals Netherlands, India

This role is of Global key user who is responsible to resolve Technical and business flow challenges related to all sites based out of India, Europe, China and Mexico. This person needs to coordinate with all Order Desk Manager / OTC BPE / Other departments to have flawless and limited to zero down time. Need to closely work on global improvement projects related to ERP change and represent business by doing relevant testing of all business flow and play important role in implementation.

Key Individual Accountabilities

Key User Role:-

• Work as single point of contact for end users for SAP related Issues and resolve queries within TAT to ensure smooth business flow.
• Liaise with local key users across all regions and help them to resolve IT issues and setup FAQ’s
• Work on correcting master data on timely basis and identify potential gaps in master/customer data, highlight to right stakeholders.
• Training to end users for any SAP related changes
• Take the lead in continuous improvement initiatives, facilitate prioritization for decision making by Process owner

Projects:-

• Participates in projects : role as defined by the project , one of the key player in interface Business / IT
• Test the changes and provide final go ahead to go live with project , stabilizing the changes done through projects

Reporting :-

• Will be responsible for all reporting related to OTIF, Order book, Past due orders etc
• Prepare dashboard to give right visibility to all relevant stakeholders

Key Shared Accountabilities

• Work with External IT Partners for proposing relevant business changes and also evaluate business impact
• Collaborate with Order Desk Managers and help building the right business flow
• Perform relevant test cases for any new flow that is being requested by Franchise
• Automate Reporting as much as possible to avoid manual intervention
• Review Internal Process controls relevant to SAP and ensure controls are being monitored regularly

Requirements

• MBA in Supply Chain (Preferred) with Commerce Background
• 9+ Years of Experience
  
• Strong SAP Technical Knowledge
• End to end Supply Chain knowledge
• Excellent knowledge of Excel, reporting dashboard
• VBA will be added advantage
