CLIENT DELIVERY EXECUTIVE - CDE

• To ensure all client services are duly completed to the satisfaction of clients To ensure all client services are duly completed to the satisfaction of clients.
• To be in contact with all clients to ensure seamless services with full satisfaction
• Continuous improvisation of processes
• Do 100% checks of work undertaken to ensure accuracy
• All changes in laws with regard to payroll and labour to be updated with clients
• Follow up with internal teams to ensure delivery within due date
• Resolve any notices received
• Upsell the other services with clients
• Maintain strong professional relation with clients

Requirements

Desired Candidate:

• Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
• Must be a graduate
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (any industry)
• Go getter attitude
• Flexible to change / timings
• Knowing Hindi would be an added advantage
