We are looking for a highly experienced Demand Generation Manager to our existing digital marketing team who enjoys a fast-paced, innovative environment where the team strives to push the limits of traditional marketing methods daily.
The role requires someone to drive the brand-building efforts strongly which includes staying consistent with brand image internally and externally. Establishing brand marketing strategies and execute marketing plans to maintain brand presence in the USA Education market.
Your Role
- Strategize, manage and execute customer acquisition (lead generation) activities across all digital channels including search and social media to generate a steady stream of leads
- Identifying, implementing, testing, and measuring new growth tactics and novel marketing methods
- Establishing processes and systems to ensure experimentation and measurement can be done in a scalable and repeatable model
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
- Identify the right platforms for participation that will help in driving brand visibility and growth or create partnership opportunities.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Cross-functional collaboration with internal and external marketing teams to move the levers
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Requirements
- 10+ years experience in digital marketing preferably in the education industry
- Experience as a demand generation specialist for 3+ years in digital product marketing
- Hands-on experience with web analytics and A/B testing tools (Google Analytics, Stat Counter, HubSpot, and Crazyegg, etc)
- Hands-on expertise in paid/ organic traffic sources and effective marketing strategies across all major digital media channels (Google Adwords, Facebook, Bing, TikTok, etc)
- Experience prioritizing, optimizing growth channels, scaling, and automating the growth process
- Experience in setting up from scratch, online marketing for a product company
- Deep understanding/ knowledge of the online forums (such as Reddit, Quora, etc)
- Good knowledge of all digital marketing avenues and their fitment to various use cases
- Demonstrated ability to use the content for organic growth and brand building
- Strong funnel analysis capability, data orientation, and comfortable with writing creative briefs
