Requirements

1. Customers Serve as Business Analyst on Zycus Procurement Performance Applications.
   
2. Work with customer to gather requirements on Zycus application/s (like Sourcing, Contract management, Supplier management, Spend Analysis, Procurement, etc)
3. Provide a strong technical understanding of our product with the ability to discuss and demonstrate the Zycus Solution and how it maybe configured to meet a customer’s business needs.
4. Work on all aspects of deployment including business process mapping, requirements gathering, process configuration, documenting process flows, user interface configuration, user/supplier set-up, and testing support.
5. Work with the Project Manager to ensure deliverables are on time, increase efficiency and resolve issues for customers.
6. Participate and contribute to best practices (tools/process), knowledge sharing like customer KYC
7. Work with customers and internal stakeholders while participating and facilitating testing including User Acceptance Testing
8. Evaluate and suggest innovative solutions and workarounds for customer requirements.
9. Lead onsite focused user group workshops and contribute to best practices.
10. Work with Field Presales teams to develop and deliver business and technical solutions
11. Participate in requirement elicitation and business mapping processes
12. Work cohesively with the delivery team and extend contribution around solution strategies and mapping of business requirements in Zycus suite of offerings in an appropriate manner.
13. Prepare case studies and best practices document-based on engagement learning
14. Conduct presentations and deliver proposals to field Presales for opportunities identified for business growth
15. Transfer knowledge and assist in building a center of excellence around consulting stream within Zycus.
16. Building up Competency Module by attending various Seminars, Webinars, and Training Course

Skills

• 2+ yrs of experience
• Good understanding of the Supply Chain/Procurement domain
  • Fluency or good command over the English language
  • Willing to work in 3 pm -12 am shift / 11pm to 8pm shift
