POSITION NAME : General Manager - Insurance
LOCATION : Delhi-NCR/Bengaluru/Mumbai
What you'll do
Develop amp; manage partnerships within Insurance eco system (Insurer, TPA, Broker/Intermediary)
Manage complete lifecycle of relationships assigned/acquired (Onboarding to service delivery, cross sell, upsell amp; agreement renewal)
Achieve patient enrollment amp; revenue goals
Ensure best in class services for customers by collaborating with different stakeholders
Who fits the role?
MBA/MHA Graduate with 6-8 years experience in Relationship Management amp; Key Account Management
What matters most?
Relationship management
Ability to interact with, and influence middle amp; senior management
Exposure to health insurance amp; claims management
What’s nice to have?
Experience to B2B sales of healthcare services
Ability to understand amp; create processes
Medical /clinical qualification
Education/Training
Degree MBA / MHA (Full time from reputed institute)
