We are a diverse team of 350+ individuals from different parts of the world working hard (playing hard) and caring for each other. Our fast growing team is spread across 12 locations around the globe, including Italy, India, Germany, United Arab Emirates, the United States, and Singapore.
We’re now looking for someone that is ready for new exciting challenges and willing to enter our family as QA Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring of all the QA activities, test results, leaked defects, root cause analysis and identifying areas of improvement. Implement steps required to improve the processes.
- Be an escalation point for all matters related to testing and quality assurance and operate as a primary point of contact for the QA teams.
- Work with different groups like Ops, DevOps, Software Development, SRE to develop and execute QA strategies to meet and exceed department and corporate quality goals.
- End to end quality responsibility for one of the core product offerings.
- Identify key skill gaps in the teams and involve in hiring/training of the resources.
Key Technical Requirements:
- Experience of 6 - 9 years with at least 2 years experience in leading a team.
- Demonstrated leadership and technical expertise within Test Automation and Quality Assurance.
- Demonstrated leadership and technical expertise within Test Automation and Quality Assurance. In depth knowledge of test automation using Selenium.
- Has experience working in agile projects. Has a good understanding of various SDLC approaches.
- Experience working with one SQL database is a must and one NoSQL databases experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated scenarios of ensuring overall quality of the deliverables and test sign off.
- Demonstrated the capabilities to define QA strategy, approach, execution and reporting for the projects.
- Strong team player with good organization, planning and leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including oral/written communication amp; influencing skills
- Exceptional presentation, business writing and professional standards Good analytical, diagnostic and creative problem solving skills.
- Experience understanding the security aspects of the application
- Experience with Jira or any other project management tool is a plus.
- Experience with the Python programming language is a plus.
- Experience working with APIs and performing API automation.
- Good understanding of cloud and microservices architecture is a plus.
