As an HR Business Partner, you will solve complex organizational challenges that impact business and people performance through solutions that enable our talent to deliver stellar results. This will require you to use exceptional judgment, think big picture and be comfortable with challenging existing convention. You will be responsible for building strong people management skills within the leadership team at NIUM.

You will also work in close partnership with the Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Compensation and Benefits teams to develop these strategies that help create an ecosystem that enables our employees to grow and thrive. You will strive to deliver an amazing work experience from hire to exit.

What will a day at Nium look like?

  • Serve as a collaborative People Partner to business leaders, as they look to build and develop their people and organizations
  • Work closely with leaders to plan and execute talent strategies plans to hire, develop and grow talent within teams
  • Develop a solid understanding of the organizations' strategic people initiatives and influence senior business leaders to achieve results by utilizing impactful talent practices.
  • Partner with hiring managers to execute hiring amp; workforce planning strategies.
  • Coach business leaders on how to lead teams, navigate and resolve employee issues, and manage programs that help develop foster our people development goals
  • Demonstrate a people-first approach and exceptional judgment in making people-related decisions
  • Demonstrate expertise in a wide variety of functional areas within HR such as - Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Coaching, HR Analytics, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations, Learning and Development, Recognition Programs, and Strategic Development.
  • Maintain knowledge of legal amp; labor requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Be a culture and employer brand ambassador for NIUM

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience within Human Resources
  • Experience in operating as an HR Business Partner for Start-up or Mid-size organizations
  • Independent implementation of HR Programs (Employee Engagement, Performance, Talent Acquisition, Employee Benefits amp; Lamp;D)
  • Must be an exceptional team player with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to meaningfully engage and influence senior leadership
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize workload effectively
  • Must be a result-oriented
  • Can strive in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable with change
  • A Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience Master’s degree or MBA a plus point.
