Data Analyst- FPA

As our Data Analyst - FPamp;A you will be involved in creating reports to monitor business performance, analyzing business trends, and developing automated Tableau dashboards. This role requires someone with strong analytical skills who is comfortable working across multiple functional areas in a fast-paced, challenging environment.

Responsibilities:

• Work with large and complex data sets to solve business problems.
• Create, manage amp; automate weekly, monthly amp; quarterly dashboards.
• Partner with internal teams to develop reports.
• Create dynamic, automated dashboards using Tableau
• Ensure a strong focus on data accuracy and consistency with the ability to reconcile data issues and collaborate with stakeholders
• Query data directly from various systems and our data warehouse using SQL, Python, or R
• Strong data driven sense to explore the usage of data and turn it into real business application
• Streamline and report KPIs to investors and provide statistical insights.
• Provide meaningful data and insight to request from leadership related to critical business needs within the limited time frame

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• 2-4+ years experience in data analytics / similar role.
• Minimum of 2 years building dashboards on Tableau
• Strong Excel and SQL skills and proficiency with either Python or R
• Highly organized, process-oriented, and with keen attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects through completion
• Excellent partnership and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
• Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to handle diverse and confidential information requiring extreme accuracy, independent judgment, and discretion.
