Job Title: Recruitment Assistant
About the Company: Fretron is a leading logistics technology startup which helps small and large businesses simplify their management of logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Job postings on various portals which attract high quality and relevant candidate.
- Shortlisting the applications and do preliminary phone screening.
- Identify and shortlist candidates from the resume database and get them interested in the open job postings
- Schedule interviews of the selected candidates with the hiring manager.
- Conduct basic aptitude test
- Followup on the practical assignment given by the hiring manager
- Issue offer letters and track offer acceptance and collect relevant documentation.
Requirements
Qualities Required: Effective communication skills, comfortable with dead lines, hard working, ability to assess skills/competencies.
Experience Required: 1-2 years
