Job Role: Associate (Implementation Support)

Requirements
Responsibilities:
• Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution.
• Work independently on complex issues amp; identify solutions to resolve client requirements.
• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to Account Managers amp; internal users as needed.
• Customize system based on client’s needs and specifications.
• Should have strong problem-solving skills, with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proven work experience (1-3 years) on SaaS based applications.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft excel/Word and understanding of internet technologies.
• Work cross-functionally within the organization to keep project deadlines on point.
• Should be well versed with SDLC, Incident Management, Change Management process including Bug Tracking and Ticketing tools.
Requirement:
• Educational Qualification Required Bachelors’ Degree or similar Degree/ Diploma.
• Preferred - B.E., B. Tech, BCA, MCA, or similar Technology/ Degree/ Diploma
• At least 1 year (Associate) of working experience in ERP implementation, supporting SAAS cloud applications.
• Very good knowledge of technical Implementation amp; support
• Strong communicator and have a friendly attitude
• Knowledge of handling complex user access module
• Highly analytical and data-driven mindset
• Experience in cloud-based Implementations, process adaptation amp; UAT
