Job Role: Senior Manager - CLM
Work Location: Gurgaon
Years of Experience required: 10-12 Years
Duties and Responsibilities
- End to end implementation of cloud Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) procurement projects including design, configuration, testing, post go-live support, reporting, training
- Coordinate with onsite engagement team and client team to gather requirements, develop workplan, determine expectations and finalize deliverables
- Ensure quality project delivery of engagements led by self and those that are executed by direct reportees
- Support pre-sales activities, which includes: responding to RFPs; attending client orals
- Collaborate with other service networks to solicit services required for success of the client engagement
- Support practice development initiatives, which includes knowledge management, point of view development, services standardization, etc.
- Understand the overarching objectives of the practice, and help develop short-term and long-term strategy
- Train and supervise other contract professionals and clients.
- Manage clients through continuous improvement and value-added initiatives.
- Identifies and manages project risks.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Deep understanding of Procurement related processes including Source-to-Pay (both upstream and downstream), Contract Life-cycle Management, Supplier Management, Category Management, Spend Analysis etc.
- Has knowledge of contract structure, drafting and negotiations.
- Knowledge of contract management platforms.
- Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exhibits strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Possesses excellent persuasion, negotiation and judgment skills.
- Displays exceptional management skills.
- Demonstrates superior presentation skills.

Education and Experience
- LLB / Bachelor’s degree in business / Master’s degree in business administration.
- Experience in contract preparation and management.
Works regular hours Monday through Friday
- Travels when necessary to branch offices or client sites.
- Meets tight deadlines and endures high pressure or stressful situations.
