What you'll do
(Job duties / work duties expected from you)
- Ownership (Clinical Services) for the assigned project/s
- Single Point of Contact - Clinical Services for the assigned project/s
- Coordinate with Business Success, Pathways, Product, Data Analytics, Clinical Performance and other teams for implementation of new projects amp; the operational issues
- Human resource planning for assigned project/s
- Clinical team deployment amp; utilisation
- Capture amp; review the Clinical Service benchmarks
- Review amp; action inputs of Clinical Performance team
- Any other responsibility assigned by Reporting Manager
Who fits the role?
MBA(Healthcare)/ MHA. Candidate with relevant experience of handling large teams (~20 members) is preferable.

Experience of handling team of =/gt;20 people including doctors
Education/Training
Mandatory: MBA(Healthcare)/MHA
Desirable: MBBS/BDS/BAMS/BHMS/B. OT/PT with MBA(Healthcare)/MHA
