Shift: - PST Shift timings. (Night shift- IST 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM)

Requirements
Must have Hands on experience in recruitment across various IT Technologies in US Staffing.
Expert level experience in Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, H1B amp; TN Visa Holders on all the Tax term (W2, 1099 amp; Crop to Crop).
Experience working with Applicant tracking tools (ATS) LikeJob Diva.
Experience using recruiting tools like LinkedIn, TextUs, Sixth Sense (Dice, Monster amp; Career Builder).
Experience working with Direct Clients |VMS requirement | Implementation Partners.
Experience on hiring hourly, salaried and subcontracting candidates.
Excellent communication skills.
