What is the Job like?Own the people plan and drive outcomes through strong ownership around Business partnering, Learning, Engagement and strong partnership with People COEs viz. Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards. The dimensions of the role are:
Strategy - Responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive human resource strategy for Radix -* Aligned to the business strategy of the organization with a focus on building a engaged, high performing, learning focused workforce at the right cost.* Provide thought leadership on organizational and people - related strategy and execution
Culture - Needs to be a culture evangelist for Radix, developing and executing on plans to build and support a culture of learning, growth and high performance through values and competencies linked to every stage of the employee lifecycle
Learning - Build a learning organization to enable a strong culture of learning and impact through self owned and nominated rich learning journeys. Work with the learning team to design learning programs, oversee content and delivery and improve the overall learning experience and effectiveness of the organization.
