Job Description
As part of the offshore team, you will be part of a talented team of engineers that demonstrate superb technical competency, maintaining high availability systems and infrastructure and delivering mission critical infrastructure solutions and ensuring the highest levels of availability, performance and security.
Requirements
Initiate and drive multi-location IT purchases to closure.
Work with multiple stakeholders (suppliers, manufacturers, internal departments) for upcoming purchases.
Negotiate best possible prices for all purchases with quick turn-around time.
Maintaining all purchase related data and creating MIS reports on purchases as needed.
Coordinating with vendors for on-time delivery of purchases made
Track and manage asset warranty and renewals
Track, measure, and analyze IT expenditures budgeted vs actual.
Provide the required inputs for IT budget for the financial year.
Submitting invoices and getting the payments processed through finance.
Audit purchased assets against inventory and provide periodic reports on status.
Should be expert in IT Procurements process and best practices.
Should have strong knowledge of Vendor Management and Supply-chain management.
Should have strong interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills.
