This is a key role that will act as a project manager and an integrator of all cross functional teams in delivering high quality, standardized content and pedagogy for all K12 categories.
This role would be responsible for everything ranging from planning, execution and cross functional coordination across content, product and category management teams for launching standardized content for K12.
The role will require the incumbent to manage both inhouse content creation team as well as external partnerships for content licensing, vendor management for content sourcing.
The incumbent should have the ability to directly impact and improve the processes, and increase the speed and efficiency of execution. This role will experience what works, and learn from what doesn't.
Requirements
- Build and deploy standardised content and for all K12 categories across CBSE and State Boards.
- Lead the creation of new systems and processes to streamline operations and speed of execution.
- Create feedback loops from Learners and Educators for driving continuous improvements.
- Be responsible for the overall quality of content for each category.
- Manage a team of Content creators, Sr. Category Managers and Associates for managing the operations for the product.
- Manage cross functional stakeholders across category teams, content team and product to ensure successful execution of key processes
