You are:

• A smart and passionate individual with experience of working as a design lead with a demonstrated history of creating creative content of excellent quality.
• Team leader who can work in an organised and systematic manner to ensure timely execution under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Good at graphic design, illustration, have a good sense of design, and are able to grasp the brand requirements. You are looking for a collaborative learning environment to apply your design expertise and ensure output of excellent quality.

You Will:

• Develop high-impact teaching aids (presentations, revision notes, animated videos, etc.) for display in live classes and build a repository of high-quality study notes mind maps, ready reckoners, visual representations of key concepts for learners to view outside of class
• Lead a team of Graphic Designers to design academic content assets for classes 11th amp; 12th
• Work closely with the Content Lead, and key stakeholders to prepare high-quality visual aids that will enrich the learner’s experience
• Demonstrate solutions and iterate quickly on feedback

Requirements

• Degree / diploma in graphic design, animation, etc. from leading universities
• Passion for designing and learning new skills and concepts
• 4-5 years of prior professional experience as a creative / design lead
• Strong visual design portfolio
• Ability to work on design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Coreldraw, Dreamweaver, Maya, etc.
• Ability to work on Google Slides, Docs, Sheets, Powerpoint, etc.
• Ability to lead teams amp; manage multiple stakeholders to achieve collective goals of the category - Excellent communication skills
• Organized and prompt
