Job Description

1.Lead the design, development and implementation of the talent review process that is required to achieve business goals and results in the creation of an internal bench of top talent.

2.Collect, analyze and maintain data gathered to inform targeted leadership development (e.g., succession planning).

3. Lead the organization capability building agenda for business and drive organization flagship programs/ learning Academy and related policies

4. Hold the talent agenda related programs like assessment on leadership standards during hiring, performance management etc.

5. Design and develop the EVP charter.

6. Drive leadership development facilitations

7. Ensure that organization-wide talent management and learning amp; development initiatives are focused and aligned to the strategic objectives

8. Identify effective partnerships on evolving the learning and development program

9. Design and creation of Leadership development programs and assessment center

10.Design and development of mass training programs largely in the space of behavioral training, communication, time management, problem solving, planning and prioritization (byte size learning modules etc

11.Lead the Learning and capability intervention for Product amp; Tech

Requirements

  1. Preferred certification in digital learning, instruction design, coach certification, BEI
  2. 5-8 Years of experience in Lamp; D
