The Growth and marketing team is responsible for user growth across all the business lines candidates and employers through online channels. The team has played a key role in Apna’s growth journey to become a clear market leader in the space within 18 months of product launch overtaking multiple incumbent players. The performance marketing team also uses measurable analytics to identify gaps and find ways to improve performance across the paid marketing channels. We are adding new members to the team to augment our existing capabilities and help chart Apna’s next phase of rapid business growth amp; product development.
Requirements
We’re hiring for a Channel Executive - Facebook, to lead planning and execution of user acquisition campaigns on Facebook. The role will be focused around acquiring candidates amp; employers through app amp; web campaigns. The role will involve
- Optimising the daily spends with an objective to maximise new user acquisition
- You may not be directly responsible for creating content, but having a way with words and an ability to create content will be a part of the role
- Work with the content team to brainstorm on the new creatives and work on the creative pipeline. Split testing the creatives and scale the best performing ones
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute Install amp; Website conversion campaigns on Facebook
- Test variations of ads to determine the best performing one
- Continuous monitoring of results and improving of ads
- Research and analyze competitor landing page links
- Manage campaign spends, staying on budget, estimating daily/monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies
- Track, report, and analyze campaign performance
- Measure and optimize paid marketing campaigns using attribution tools like GA, Branch amp; Appsflyer
Required Skills
- Well-versed in performance marketing, lead generation and online customer acquisition
- Analytical Skills - Comfort with big datasets and ability to understand what data to pull and analyse to derive business insights. You can operate excel in your sleep. Functional understanding of Attribution tools, Google Analytics and visualization tools like Mixpanel
- Deep understanding of Ad formats that works on Facebook and audience network
- Ability to clearly and effectively articulate insights and recommended actions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Background for the Role
- MBA or Undergrad from a premium institute
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience on Facebook marketing
- Bonus points if you have had exposure to
- 1-2 years of experience at a fast paced start up
