The Growth and Business team at Apna owns user and revenue growth metrics across all business lines candidates and employers. The team has played a key role in Apna’s growth journey to become a clear market leader in the space within 18 months of product launch overtaking multiple incumbent players. This has been achieved by managing multiple short and long term levers, such as marketing, sales, search engine or appstore optimization, product changes and partnerships and tactically thinking through resource and capital allocation, cost-upside trade-offs and realization timelines across multiple initiatives. We are adding new members to the team to augment our existing capabilities and help chart Apna’s next phase of rapid business growth amp; product development.
Requirements
- Delivering on short and medium term employer and revenue growth mandates with the best possible ROI
- Lead business planning and set out weekly, monthly quarterly KPIs and OKRs for the team
- Build deep relationships with India’s top enterprises - understand their requirements and rally to organization to deliver on expectations
- Lead business reviews with senior stakeholders to review key outcomes and progress vs plan
- Identify key areas for new business development and efficiency enhancement
- Manage a team of strong BD professionals and guide their career growth
- Setout robust processes to help the team scale amp; deliver $ value to the business
- Performance management of the team and able to chart out detailed action plans based on different scenarios
