The Growth and Business team at Apna owns user and revenue growth metrics across all business lines candidates and employers. The team has played a key role in Apna’s growth journey to become a clear market leader in the space within 18 months of product launch overtaking multiple incumbent players. This has been achieved by managing multiple short and long term levers, such as marketing, sales, search engine or appstore optimization, product changes and partnerships and tactically thinking through resource and capital allocation, cost-upside trade-offs and realization timelines across multiple initiatives. We are adding new members to the team to augment our existing capabilities and help chart Apna’s next phase of rapid business growth amp; product development.
Requirements
The Google Channel (SEM) Specialist will manage all paid search campaigns on Google, Bing, as well as other search and display marketing engines. SEM Specialist will effectively manage the paid search budget with an objective to maximize Conversions and ROI
Responsibilities
- Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
- Research and analyze competitor landing page links
- Manage campaign spends, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
- Work with designers to ideate and develop relevant creative to increase the CTR numbers.
