Launched in 2018, DayToDay Health is an MIT Startup with a bold vision for the future of healthcare. We focus on acute, post-surgical and out-of-hospital care, and we are the first company to provide end-to-end acute care services globally. We address two critical challenges in healthcare in particular accessibility and clinical outcomes.

With accessibility, we are delivering well-researched, digitally enabled patient protocols and pathways to patients and families across the globe. Patients can access our holistic virtual care services conveniently from their mobile device, which allows us to provide superior care continuity. In many cases, we are the only support patients have before and after their procedures when patients are at home.

To improve clinical outcomes, we are bridging the communication gap between clinicians and patients. Currently, managing patient care adequately across the entire journey remains a challenge. 80% of clinician instructions are forgotten immediately when a patient leaves the hospital. Of what patients do remember, 50% is misremembered, causing further anxiety, confusion and longer recoveries. We enable clinicians to engage patients throughout the entire care journey.

Requirements

WHERE DOES THE ROLE FIT?

Reporting to VP Sales, you will be part of middle management and a state level team, collaborating with global team. You will be leading a team of Sales Cluster head and Customer Success Managers and other initiatives on in our India operations with potential for the role to grow in Director sales, VP sales and President Sales.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Below are the core tasks that will keep you busy , all day, week, month and year:

Position: Regional Sales Head

Location: Metropolitan areas -Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, New Delhi, Gurgaon. Other areas may be considered.


Reports into Sales Directors, Sales Vice Presidents


Responsibilities

  1. Manage a team of cluster heads and customer success managers.
  2. Leads business development, sales and execution of healthcare services with healthcare entities including hospitals, doctors, Insurance companies and service providers
  3. Responsible for expansion amp; development of strategies to achieve business success
  4. Establish long-term relationships with potential key clients and customers
  5. Drive the identification, evaluation and management of business opportunities/leads
  6. Lead pricing and contract negotiation activities with potential clients/customers
  7. Collaborate with internal stakeholders in addressing and crafting the best solution to address customer’s needs and environment
  8. Developing and Driving new regional strategies to achieve organizational growth.
  9. Prepare and submit a monthly report on all the business parameters to the reporting manager.
  10. Collaborate and push marketing for state level promotional activities targeting the required segment to establish DayToDay as the first choice among the Hospitals, doctors and Patients for pre and post care.
