This is a key role where you will act as a project manager and an integrator of all cross functional teams in enabling a launch and scale of K12 programs across both CBSE (K6-12) as well as State Boards.
You will be responsible for everything ranging from planning, scheduling, execution, audits of new and running batches. You will also be responsible for cross functional coordination across marketing, product and educator acquisition team for the timely launch of batches across all K12 categories.
The incumbent should have the ability to directly impact and improve the processes, and increase the speed and efficiency of execution. This role will experience what works, and learn from what doesn't.
- Launch and scale the new K12 1:N batch construct across multiple categories in CBSE and State Boards.
- Lead the creation of new systems and processes to streamline operations and speed of execution.
- Be responsible for the overall quality of systems and processes to deliver best in class Learner experience.
- Manage a team of Sr. Category Managers and Associates for managing the operations for the product.
- Manage cross functional stakeholders across category teams, academic coordinators, marketing and product to ensure successful execution of batches.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in operations and project management.
- Self-directed, resourceful, and comfortable with operating in ambiguity.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communicator and relationship builder.
- Experience in organizing and managing cross-functional projects.
- Startup experience is a plus.
