Job Description
Zycus is looking for QMS professionals with :
- Quality Audit and team management experience
- Quality review experience of SaaS product
Roles amp; Responsibility:
- Manage and lead Quality Management team at Zycus.
- Define project audit template and process governance parameters.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Represent spend team at ISO and SOC audit
- Perform Governance Audit of the implementation and operational projects.
- Lead Quality Audit of the Spend Management Implementation projects
- Publish Quality Management System compliance report to the top management.
- Manage new product and internal tool testing.
- Development of the Quality Management best practice and knowledge base and staying up to date on relevant topics/trends, technologies and Zycus capabilities.
- Support in team learning and growth initiatives. Creating training material.
- Work efficiently on Quality Management Tools like Flokzu as well as database tools, Zycus analytical / AI applications, MS-Excel, etc.
- Should come up with innovative solutions for difficult problems to improve operational process productivity.
- Provides best practice, insights and/or expertise to team.
- Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams

- Experience required is 3-6 years
