1) Design the route for vehicle movement for pickup, warehouse delivery as per the given time slot and agreements. 2) Inbound amp; Outbound: Review all the kinds of operations inbound and outbound process of truck shipments. 3) Fleet Management of trucks: Monitor high requirement and Optimization in assigned territory. 4) Escalations and Coordination: Provide quick support required to client support and sales team to solve any escalations 5) People Management: Overall Monitoring of crew and monitoring their KPI. 6) Understand operational challenges and resolve them. 7) Has to collate performance reports on various parameters and share with management amp; responsible for reviewing and updating daily. 8) Inventory Audits: Monitor inventory, discrepancies in inventory, and stock amp; reported daily. 9) Harmonize process: Make sure shipment across routes are in line with the process, and no deviation happens 10) Vendor Management: Responsible for a smooth operational workflow with the vendor
Requirements
5+ years of experience at district/state level, MBA, upto 10L CTC Candidates who have handled bulk agri commodity and high volume transactions Good Communication Skills (Hindi/ Rajasthani/ Marwari) and basic Computer Skills are a mus
