1. Responsible for entire Sales amp; Marketing activities in the Animal feed business across the assigned zone with the support of the sales and field team, and achieve the business targets and attain the highest standards of customer satisfaction. 2. Develop new business through Key Accounts and establishing strategic partnership and relationship to increase Animal Feed sales revenue. 3. Identifying new partners amp; distributors in assigned specific market area. 4. Develop and drive the team targets; plus monitor the performance of Area Sales Managers/ Executives on a regular basis and take timely corrective actions wherever required 5. Mapping competition within Markets and Channels to constantly evolve product strategy 6. Manage order forecast accuracy and ensure inventory management objectives are met 7. Analyze and channelize market feedback and recommend action plan with Sales Team. 8. Organize and coordinate swift trouble shooting on product quality related issues and customer related issues.
Qualification: MBA/ Master Degree
Experience: 5+ experience preferably at district level and who have handled FMCG products like Cattle feed products, Oil, Ghee or Spices / Masala.
Good Communication Skills (Hindi/ Rajasthani/ Marwari) and basic Computer Skills are a must.
