Legal @Dream Sports:Dream Sports (DS) Legal is the in house legal function that supports all divisions within Dream Sports ecosystem on varied legal issues relating to the existing as well as prospective businesses for the group ranging from General Corporate, Mamp;A, Fundraise, Structuring, Litigation and Litigation strategy, IP strategy, registration, monitoring and enforcement, Data Protection etc.Your Role:

- Helping create a long term litigation strategy and plan for the organisation
- Creating a robust panel of external counsels, lawyers and advisors pan India basis to have hands and eyesacross courts
- Creating a thorough and futuristic IP and DataProtection strategy
- Travelling across for counsel briefing, developingcounsel relationships and building robust litigation and competition capabilities for the organisation
- Working closely with business, product teams to understand the new business requirements from the PoVof Competition, IP and Data protection Laws and Regulations
- Minimum 15 PQE as a practicing advocate on varied commercial, criminal, IP (monitoring and enforcement), competition matters
- Experience in the areas of tech Patents, Trademarks and data protection regimes such as GDPR, IDPR etc.
- Experience in different data protection regimes such as GDPR and its equivalents in UK, US, SA, Middle East as well as IDPR
Good to Have:
- Understanding of Sports Tech, E commerce, OTT and such other Digital ecosystems
- Understanding of fantasy sports, sports streaming, content, e-commerce, Fintech industry in specific and Tech industry in general
