What we're looking for

Looking for someone with the experience to work on operations and tech support management for Graphers, globally. The pro-active approach in getting things executed and real-time assistance to be provided for our Graphers while they host their session with the subscribers. Ability to escalate and resolve concerns from all Graphers in a remarkable time period.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing real-time support for International Graphers during their paid / live sessions
  • Raising issues and concerns with the tech and product team and expedite the resolution
  • Resolving Grapher and their learner's queries during live sessions
  • Good command of tools like Intercom, Freshdesk, and ticket management
  • Working in close synergies with BDMs and success managers to escalate Grapher concerns
  • Optimizing the TAT and resolution for Graphers in a remarkable time period
  • Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in operations management, business administration, or related field
  • 1+ years’ proven experience in an operations management position
  • Strong process improvement and oversight skills
  • Prior experience in working in a collaborative team is an advantage
