What we're looking for

Looking for someone with the experience of working on data, driving marketing and business decisions via the power of tools like Excel, SQL, Python. Ability to escalate and point out areas of concern that are backed by data to ensure better performance or improvements.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Understanding the business and setting up key metrics to be tracked on a daily basis.
• Maintaining the raw data to ensure all information is readily available when required.
• Open to manage and maintain raw data for seamless reporting system
• Creating MIS around core KPI's to evaluate business unit performance.
• Hands-on experience with data management tools like excel, macros, SQL, Python

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, finance, marketing, or similar.
• 1-3 years experience in the data management amp; analysis domain.
• Knowledge of creators, freelancers, and influencers is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Book / Content market knowledge is an added advantage.
• Prior experience in working in a collaborative team is an advantage.
