Job Role: Associate Financial Management
Years of Experience required: 3+ years
Work Location: Gurgaon Position
Essential Duties amp; Responsibilities
• Read contract documents and analyse financial information to extract the metadata
• Understand different type of Invoices like Time and Material, Forecasting, Fixed fee, etc.
• Extracting data from a range of sources and enter into the standard readable template
• Follow procedures, guidelines and policies
• Demonstrates excellent attention to detail when analyzing or interpreting data
• Task orientated, inquisitive in nature and have an appetite to learn • Minimal supervisory oversight and able to perform duties with minimal or no guidance
• Knowledge of procedural controls and data validation techniques required
• Deliver quality outputs by ensuring accuracy
• Attend and participate in team and organizational initiatives
• Create PO/Invoices on Tool in adherence to SOPs and quality log
• Must have a flexible work schedule with ability to provide extra support in case of requirement
Preferred Knowledge amp; Skills
• Financial Reporting or Accounting background
• Knowledge on Outsourcing contracts, Vendor management team
• Banking or Big4 experience preferred, but not essential
• Exposure to billing/spend management tools like SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Coupa, Peoplesoft, Tally or any other P2P tool
• Prior experience in managing financial reporting of different contract
