Job Role: Executive/Sr. Executive - HR
Years of experience required: 4 years
Location: Gurgaon
Responsibilities
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
• Payroll management
• Conducting employee on-boarding
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
• Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
• Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
• Recommend and take measures to ensure high degree of employee satisfaction
• Experience in managing Employee Engagement activities
• Updating employee's Database, Personal Files
• Generation and Recording Monthly HR MIS Reports and sending the same to Management
• Validating/Auditing data with accuracy and on time
• Automation of reports and data collection
• End to end management of E-Sat, NPS, and other survey feedback reporting
• Accountable to build, develop and manage HR Dashboards and reporting
Requirements
• Proven experience, minimum of 3 years
• Eye to details
• Payroll management
• Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus
• Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills (both verbal and non-verbal)
• Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
• Additional HR training will be a plus
• Must be result driven and dynamic in nature
• Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
• Ability to deliver in a fast-paced result oriented work culture
• Excellent knowledge of MS office with high proficiency in Excel along with Macros. Understanding and knowledge of VBA coding will be an added advantage
