Exigent is a leading alternative legal solutions provider to large corporates and law firms around the globe.
In this position, you will be providing end to end solutions for contract management. You will have a legal background to determine and analyse contracts. Strong communication skills will help in understanding the legal contracts of clients across all regions. You need to have an interest in developing the software built by Exigent, and understanding the solution provided to client, helping in optimizing the contract and be a positive impact to the team.
Responsibilities
Develop complete understanding and proficiency on the contract management tool and work in the application built by Exigent to manage legal and financial information of the Client
Validate information in accordance with quality standards
Work in Project Teams, handle client communications and team communications, conduct and attend training sessions and quality checks, as and when requiredRequirements
Experience in Real estate commercial leasing, supply chain management, financial services (banks and/or insurers), commercial lending, corporate securities, mergers amp; acquisitions, merchandising, contract administration, contract drafting and due diligence
Experience with Law Review (especially if relevant to commercial agreements)
Litigation background
Experience as a Research assistant for a Legal Firm
Have an understanding of legal contracts and documents particularly in areas of Sale and Service Agreements, Partnership Agreements, Lease and License Agreements, Employment Contracts, Due Diligence and Non-disclosure Agreements
